The first four requirements must be given prior to an order being placed and in a clear, comprehensive and unambiguous manner. The technical steps to follow to conclude the contract.
The ability to identify and correct input errors prior to the placing of an order.
Languages offered for the conclusion of the contract.
Whether or not the contract will be filed by the service provider and whether it will be accessible.
Provide details of any COP that is subscribed to and info on how those codes can be consulted electronically.
This particular requirement applies to all contracts electronically concluded whether by email or not. If T&C apply these must be made available to the recipient in a way that allows him to store and reproduce them.
